UWWC connects people, resources and organizations together to create a thriving community for everyone. Local dollars changing local lives.
There is a role for everyone to play in the fight against hunger! Food Gatherers is the food rescue and food bank program serving Washtenaw County. Volunteer opportunities at Food Gatherers are very hands-on. We are a working warehouse, moving an average of 9 tons of food each day and a Community Kitchen that prepares and serves hundreds of meals each day. We provide a fun, fast-paced environment for giving back and helping our neighbors in need with good food for all!

Hope Clinic logocolor Hope Clinic operates because of the dedicated help of the over 300 volunteers per month who generously give of their time. All of our programs use volunteer help and we are always in need of more! The only requirement to volunteer at Hope is a willing heart.  Some of our volunteer needs are for medical professionals, dental professionals, office support, prayer ministers and on-call volunteers.  Retirees are welcomed!
